ABOUT THE PROGRAM
We welcome proposals across a broad range of research areas, including oncology, neuroscience, immunology, cardiology, pulmonology, ophthalmology, and developmental biology. Awarded projects may generate data for posters, publications, application notes, and future grant applications.
Selected applicants will receive a complimentary, fully supported spatial biology project, including access to advanced workflows and scientific support from the OMAPiX, BD/Waters, and Takara Bio teams.
AWARD OPTIONS
One winner will be selected for each assay. Review the specifications below to select the best match for your research goals:
Three Trekker FX preparations for up to 30,000 nuclei, for FFPE tissue.
Three Seeker tiles, for fresh-frozen tissue.
Four Trekker U preparations and four BD Rhapsody Whole Transcriptomics library preparation kits for up to 25,000 nuclei, for fresh-frozen tissue.
Four Trekker U preparations and four BD Rhapsody Whole Transcriptome plus Multiome (snATAC-seq) preparations for up to 25,000 nuclei, for fresh-frozen tissue.
